Hello! My name is Hadley Rae Kristo, and I currently train at Shenandoah Tumblers Gymnastics Club in Winchester, VA. I am a Level 9 gymnast with a lifelong passion for the sport.
I began gymnastics at just three years old. I spent my early childhood in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to the Washington, D.C. area with my family at age nine. Over the years, my love for gymnastics has only grown stronger. The sport has shaped who I am—teaching me how to be a supportive teammate, the value of hard work and dedication, and how to push forward even when challenges arise. I’m not perfect, but I am coachable, determined, and committed to becoming the best version of myself.
My dream of competing at the collegiate level started when I watched my first Friday Night Heights on ESPN as a little girl. Since then, I’ve worked tirelessly to make that dream a reality. I am driven, disciplined, and willing to put in the effort required to succeed at the next level.
Outside the gym, I take pride in my academics and work hard to maintain strong grades. I value my relationships with friends and family, believing that balance and mental clarity are essential to performing well in all areas of life. In my free time, I love reading, spending time with friends, working out, and participating in my church youth group. I also recently began coaching gymnastics, which has given me a whole new appreciation for the sport.
As I continue my journey toward collegiate gymnastics, I hope to connect with a coach who values perseverance, work ethic, integrity, and positivity—qualities I strive to embody every day.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect!
